 12 Bed LayoutSince the launch of this plan, great strides have been made in each of these focus areas. Currently, our community is 1,600 active members strong; this overall membership has grown to 12% of the undergraduate student body. Our 39 chapters contribute to an average G.P.A. of 3.127, and involvement outside of the classroom is at an all-time high with 40,000 hours of community service completed and $100,000 raised for charity in 2013-2014. |  4 Bed LayoutIn August 2016, new Greek housing will open, providing a home to a thriving community of student leaders. These homes will be at the center of every memory undergraduates have during their time with their chapter. |  UpgradesIn the event that a chapter leaves its original townhome, all affixed upgrades stay with the facility and not with the chapter. |
