• August 18th and 19th – Recruitment Guides help with campus move in, pass out flyers, etc.

• Saturday the 20th – Individual Chapter cook outs in greek village

• August 22nd – First Day of class

• 22nd, 23rd, and 24th – 11:00 to 2:00 Meet the chapters in the Union Oval (same set up as this year) Heavy focus on orgsync sign-ups

• Friday the 26th -

• Saturday the 27th – 1:00 to 5:00 Headline Recruitment Event – Greek Village – Kiss FM, inflatable obstacle courses, games, etc.

• Sunday the 28th- 12:00 to 4:00 Open houses in Greek village

• Monday the 29th- tentative union oval for ifc and recruitment guides

• 30th and 31st- Individual Chapter events

• Friday, September 2nd – 5:00 to 7:00 Friday Night Lights – moved back to the Intramural fields

• SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 3rd – Union 3rd floor – 2:00 to 4:00 IFC info session, similar to spring recruitment event with minor changes (we will brainstorm ideas for a smoother, more successful model in a recruitment roundtable) president and recruitment chair and one regular member only

• Monday, September 5th – Labor Day, No classes

• Tuesday through Friday (6th – 9th) – Union tables for sign-ups and promotion

• Friday the 9th – greek village open house

• Saturday the 10th – Recruitment Round 1 – Greek Village – 6:00 to 9:00 Students visit their top 6 choices for 25 minutes each. (Harshman Community Room)

• Sunday the 11th – Recruitment Round 2 – Greek Village – 3:00 to 6:00 Students visit their top 3 for 30 minutes each

• Tuesday through Friday (13th – 16th) – Bid pick-ups at the union tables

• Friday, September 16th – Bid Celebration, Greek Village
